As a resort becomes more popular, upgrades will be necessary to keep the animals happy, so players will need to venture into town to purchase supplies. If players are too busy caring for the animals and cannot go to town for supplies, they can read up on facts about each animal and take quizzes in order to unlock upgrades for the resort.
